I have decided to enter the blogging world as I embark on this new adventure, across the Atlantic to Germany. It is here you can follow the unknown travels of the next year as I live and study abroad. The countdown is a mere 3 days away. My room is in organized disarray, my car is sold, the suitcase is almost packed, awaiting one final weeding out of the overflowing wishful items to keep with me, and my spirits are high with anticipation.
The next few days will be spent saying goodbye to dear friends and doing the necessary last minute details. For friends and family not here in Atlanta I will miss not having the luxury of picking up the phone and having an occasional chat. Come Friday I should be in Germany and settling into my temporary abode for the next 2 months. Once I arrive I'll do my best to keep you updated with the European life. Pictures will be coming shortly!
