Backlog: Barcelona 2- The streets

This may be my most boring post ever, but I thought with all of my talk in my last post about the Barcelona streets, I ought to include a few pictures of these Ramblas that begged for my attention, drawing me away from the beaches. They're not that good, and definately do no justice to how intriguing they really were.
A view of the Passeig de Gracia- It's where the biggest and best shopping is.

Turn right down one of those streets and you'll find yourself in the Barri Gothic district. The streets go from being so grand, to ...

Petite and narrow. Loved it!

The streets just keep going and going and going. My hostel was straight ahead, near the water somewhere. Did I mention that I didn't take any metroes while I was there? On the left you can make out the cranes and spires of the La Familia Sagrada- more to come about that in the next post.
